As a first-time home buyer, I had very specific ideas and standards about what I was looking for, and honestly, I was probably a little picky. 😅 But Martin never once made me feel like I was being difficult. He patiently came with me to see all the homes I wanted to look at and helped me realize that some of the standards I had set weren’t necessarily the most important things to focus on. Martin helped me develop a better understanding of what to look for in a home and was always so thorough when recommending and finding properties for me. He could clearly point out both the good and the not-so-good aspects of each home, and honestly, sometimes he noticed things that I didn’t even think about. I felt like he was choosing homes with even more care than I was! On top of that, our entire home-buying process had to happen within a month, which made everything feel even more stressful.
